Shawna R. is a Certified Power Pilates Mat Instructor. After years as a Pilates student as well as four cesarian sections, Shawna found that Pilates was the one thing that truly focused on and strengthened her core. A long-time Yogi, yoga also informs Shawna’s Pilates teaching style with a caring eye on mindful movement with precision and purpose. Shawna enjoys an encouraging environment where students can be present on their mat to focus solely their own body and breath.
