I think I have better body awareness and posture due to Pilates.
As a chiropractor, I thought I already had body awareness. I felt I knew where my body was, what it was doing, etc when I was working out. I've really learned that while I had some awareness, I now have so much more and I can make more out of my workouts by concentrating on having more range and control instead of just going through the motions. Because I've also toned and sculpted key muscle groups, I have better posture and my clothes fit better.
